My twiny/big sis Ja and I decided to watch the movie, Beyond the Lights. This was an incredibly beautiful movie about love, fame, and finding yourself. My twiny and I absolutely LOVED this movie!
|Beyond the Lights movie|
This movie was really good! Beyond the Lights was well-written, well-produced, and well-directed! The acting was really good as well. Beyond the Lights was so honest, real, beautiful, and emotional! It almost had us both crying!

The pressures of fame have superstar singer Noni Jean (played by the beautiful, Gugu Mbatha-Raw) on the edge, until she meets Kaz Nicol (played by the handsome Nate Parker), a young cop and aspiring politician. Drawn to each other, Noni and Kaz fall fast and hard, despite the protests of those around them who urge them to put their career ambitions ahead of their romance. But it is ultimately Kaz's love that gives Noni the courage to find her own voice and break free to become the artist she was meant to be.

Our new favorite song from the movie: Cynthia Erivo "Fly Before You Fall".
This song is so powerful, beautiful, and emotional! The lyrics are beyond beautiful and powerful!
This movie is definitely worth watching in our opinion! It's so easy to fall in love with this movie!
Hope you enjoyed the post, movie review, and pictures!
