These were some of my self-care moments from today.

Affirmation #1 - Rest and recuperation are natural healers

Affirmation #2 - Sleep and rest heal my mind

I started the day with some positive affirmations with the “I Am” app. These two were my faves especially since I slept in today. Rest and recuperation are natural healers and sleep and rest heal my mind.

I went on a quick walk today for some fresh air. I took these photos during my walk.

“Zen” Essential Oil by mEssentials

I used the Zen essential oil by mEssentials and put it in my diffuser. I wanted to smell it while I sat in peace. 

My cute little essential oil diffuser by Pure Enrichment

I put the Zen essential oil in my diffuser by @pureenrichment. I love this little diffuser!

Today’s post will be a short one. These were some of my self-care moments/items of the day.

Beautiful morning sunrise

I woke up this morning and went outside to see the sunrise. Such a beautiful sunrise!

Naked - Strawberry Banana Juice

I drank some @nakedjuice Strawberry Banana juice today. So yummy!!!

mEssentials or Wild Essentials - “Zen” Essential Oil

My next self-care post of today is 

using the “Zen” essential oil by mEssentials or Wild Essentials. 

Affirmation #1 - I am hopeful

Affirmation #2 - I exhale anxiety and inhale joy

I ended the day with some positive affirmations with the “I Am” app. These two were my favorites today. I am hopeful. I exhale anxiety and inhale joy. 

Calm - Breathing Exercise “Breathe In”

Calm - Breathing Exercise “Breathe Out”

Lastly, I did a breathing exercise from @calm IG account. I did it for a few minutes.

I finished that show and it was so good! Now, I have wait for the next season. 😢

mEssentials or Wild Essentials - Inner Calm Essential Oil

Today’s essential oil is Inner Calm by mEssentials or Wild Essentials. Love the smell of it! I didn’t feel like putting it in my diffuser so I just put it on my shirt today.

Billie Eilish Radio Station on Pandora

Another day of listening to the Billie Eilish radio station on @pandora! I listened to my station first and then went strictly to her music. I listened to both while I worked.

 Hello loves,

These were some of today’s self-care moments.

My first self-care moment started with getting some rest today. Normally one day out of the weekend is used to get some rest. 

“Zen” Essential Oil by mEssentials or Wild Essentials

Then, my self-care moment continued with using the Zen essential oil by mEssentials which is now called Wild Essentials. I like the smell of Zen and another one called Inner Peace. Today’s choice was Zen.

Oil diffuser by Pure Enrichment

I then put the Zen oil in my super cute diffuser by @pureenrichment. I love this diffuser. It’s so pretty and it changes colors!!!

Breath In Bubble by Calm

Breathe Out Bubble by Calm

The next step of self-care was using the @calm breathing exercise for relaxing. I did it for 3 minutes. I love the Calm App!

Daily Gratitude by Calm

Another item of self-care today. Things I’m grateful for using the @calm App - Family, Quiet Time, and God.

Walk Outside in Nature

I went on a walk outside for another moment of self-care. It was chilly today but I enjoyed how the sun peeked out from the clouds. This is the best photo of the sky I got.
