These were some of my moments of self-care today.

Bigelow - Chamomile Vanilla with Honey Tea

My first self-care item today was a cup of @bigelowtea Chamomile Vanilla and Honey herbal tea. I let the leaves sit in a little longer today and I enjoyed it better.

Melanated Essentials - “Zen Meditation” Essential Oil Roll-On Blend

I used this “Zen Meditation” blend by @melanated_essentials for my next step of self-care. It’s one of my faves!

It’s Friday so that means I watered all of the plants today. I will be showing one of my plants as usual and then my terrarium since I trimmed it a bit.

My baby Pothos plant given to me by my sweet cousin, Martice!

This is my baby Pothos plant. This baby was given to me by my awesome cousin @marticesmithart! I love this plant so much and she has grown a bit since I’ve gotten her. Look how beautiful she is!

My beautiful terrarium!

I love it so much that I have to show it twice!

This is my beautiful terrarium! I love her so much! The plants have grown in here since I created her. The polka dot plant has really taken off! She grew over the top of the terrarium, however, I trimmed her down some to make the terrarium look neater for a pic. The nerve plant (fittonia) has grown some too. I love my terrarium!

It snowed today. I had to go outside and take a pic of the snow! It’s so beautiful (to look at though)! I went on a quick walk as well until the wind was blowing strong. Then, I went back inside.

These were some of my moments of self-care today.

Fittonia also known as a nerve plant!

It’s Friday!!! So, basically that means plant day!!! I woke up a little earlier this morning so I watered the plants first for a moment of self-care. I love seeing my plants. They’re all so beautiful!!! Today’s plant is my beautiful fittonia (nerve plant)!!! I have 3 of them but this is the only one in a pot. The plant and the pot are both pink!!! My fave color!!! My other two pink fittonia plants are in my terrarium. They have grown too. 

I haven’t showed my terrarium yet because I have some trimming to do. My polka dot plant has outgrown it so I need to trim it up. 

Anyways, I hope you enjoy the pics of this pretty plant!!!

Beautiful sky! Love the cloud formation!

Morning sky!

I went outside this morning to get some fresh air and to catch the sunrise. I went out a little too early for the sunrise but saw this beautiful cloud formation in the sky!!! So pretty!!!

Melanated Essentials - “Invigorating Blend” Essential Oil Roll-On

I used @melanated_essentials “Invigorating Blend” roll-on essential oil for a moment of self-care. It was the first one I smelled this morning. It sit next to my bed with a few other essential oils from @melanated_essentials.

I Am Affirmation - By allowing myself to be happy,
I inspire others to be happy too

I started the day with some positive affirmations with the “I Am” app. These three are my favorites so far. I am a beautiful soul. I deserve to be happy. By allowing myself to be happy, I inspire others to be happy too. Love it!!!

Here are some of my self-care moments from today.

I took a moment of self-care by going outside for 10 minutes. I didn’t stay out long because it was cold. I just wanted to get a breath of fresh air and get some pictures of the snow. I think the news said we got 1 inch of snow so far.

One of my beautiful bonsai trees!

I watered my plants today since it’s Friday! I enjoy watering my plants mainly because I get a minute to look at them and see their growth. Some of my plants have grown so much this year. One of my plants is this beautiful Bonsai tree!!! I have 2 bonsai trees. I fell in love with the first one (in the background) and had to get this one, too. They’re awesome! I have to water these every two days, though.

Meditation App - Two Minute Breathing Exercise

I did a two minute breathing exercise today with the Meditation app for more self-care! I love breathing exercises. They’re nice and short but so beneficial!

Naked Strawberry Banana Juice

I drank another @nakedjuice strawberry banana juice. I love these! I have to get some more! Lol. It’s so delicious!

Here were some of my self-care moments/items for today.

Melanated Essentials - “Anxiety Blend” Essential Oil Roll-On

My first item on my self-care list today was @melanated_essentials Anxiety Blend essential oil roll-on!!! Again, I put it on my wrist and neck!!! Another essential oil blend that I like the smell of!!! And it did calm my nerves.

Naked Strawberry Banana Juice

The next item on my self-care list was this Strawberry Banana juice from @nakedjuice!!! I’ve been craving a good strawberry banana smoothie lately so when I saw this in the store today, I had to try it!!! I must say, it’s super delicious!!! Last summer, I made strawberry smoothies some mornings to start my day, I didn’t do it this year though. This juice tastes close to my smoothie though.

Breath of Fresh Air

I went outside for a few minutes to get some fresh air and took this picture. I like the color on this plant. It’s a nice blend of color!!! So beautiful!!!

11:Eleven Care Co Lavender Scented Candle

My last post of self-care moments today is this lavender candle from @11elevencareco!!! I love it so much!!!
