My self-care started late today. I slept in late today, prepared to have my niece and nephews over, and then continued to watch this amazing show for an hour. I have one episode left.
Bigelow - “Chamomile Vanilla and Honey” Tea |
Anyways, my first self-care item was a cup of @bigelowtea Chamomile Vanilla and Honey herbal tea. I love the Chamomile one so when I saw this one in the store, I wanted to try it. I love vanilla. This tea is just okay, I prefer the chamomile one by itself better. But this won’t be the last time I drink it.
Melanated Essentials - “Anxiety Blend” Essential Oil Roll-On |
The second item on my self-care list today was @melanated_essentials Anxiety Blend essential oil roll-on!!! Again, I love the smell of it and it does calm my nerves.

The next step of self-care was using the @calm breathing exercise for relaxing. I did it for 3 minutes. I love the Calm App but this breathing exercise came from their IG account!
“I Am” Affirmation - I appreciate everything I have in my life |
“I Am” Affirmation - I am grateful for my best friend |
“I Am” Affirmation - I am grateful for the people in my life |
I ended the day with some positive affirmations with the “I Am” app. These three were my favorites today. I appreciate everything I have in my life. I am grateful for my best friend. I am grateful for the people in my life. So true!!!
